 Loan Process
Documents Needed to Process Your Mortgage
- 2 current pay-stubs.
- Last 2 year’s W-2’s.
- Last 2 month’s bank statements (all accounts:
checking and savings) all pages.
- Home Owner's Insurance documentation and/or HOA
documentation.
- Real Estate Agent's name & phone number (if
applicable).
- Any and all leases against owned rental
property.
- 1 current statement from all asset accounts (Mutual funds, stocks, IRA’s, 401K’s).
- For renters: landlord information for past 2
years (if a renter wanting to purchase, or less than 2 years at
current residence) Name, Address & phone number (will
require one years cancelled checks of money order stubs).
- If refinancing, current mortgage statement
and/or copy from 1st and/or 2nd coupon book.
- If divorced, a copy of the final divorce
decree.
- If bankrupt in the past, a copy of bankruptcy
papers.
- If resident alien, a copy of your green card.
- If self-employed, last 2 year’s tax returns
(Personal & Business, must be signed and dated) and current
profit & loss statement.
